宇達特文創成立於2011年，經營當代藝術IP、文化活動為核心，常年思索如何串流品牌、市場的方式，為大眾市場接受的一方平台。

對我們來說策展是必經手段或是一個媒介，也因此凸顯藝術IP的價值與重要性，也才能讓藝術IP的經營產業化。

挾著經營團隊的海外藝術資源，也讓公司趨向國際化，多年來藉由與台灣的駐外使館、商務辦事處合作，累積了不少優質的文化活動。

例如法國在台協會的”優雅天生”系列、美國在台辦事處的”爵士音樂節”等藝術文化活動等，其中更以每年承辦台北文化創意協會與日本在台協會的”infinity japan 日本無極限”藝術博覽會最為人熟知。

因為多年來文化生活化的經營理念，吸引日本蔦屋書店的青睞，2021年成為他們在台灣的顧問公司。未來將攜手雙方資源，在台灣開創出藝術IP價值的藍海。

未來我們將繼續實現藝術IP的推廣、營運，創造價值，帶入產業鏈，如公司URDCT的名字一樣將一一實現。

Urdct C&C originated in 2011, managing contemporary art IP and holding cultural activities as our core business. We are a platform accepted by the mass market which has been trying perennially on combining brands and markets.

Art curatorship is one of the necessary method and medium we use, it not only emphasizes the importance of art IP but also helps the facilitation of industrializing the management of it.

By holding various art resources from overseas, our company is enabled to advance towards to internationalization. We have rich experiences in cooperating with international embassies and commercial offices in Taiwan to hold high quality cultural activities over the years. For example the series of "L’Elégance Française" with the Bureau Français de Taipei(BFT) and the "Summer breeze- jazz music festival" with the American Institute in Taiwan(AIT). Moreover, the annual art fair "Infinity Japan" with Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association is the most well know and successful events among the all.

Due to "binding culture into daily life" value we promote, we are honored to be approved by Japan Tsutaya bookstore as their consultant company in Taiwan in 2021. We hope to joint two parties' resources and promote the value of art IP in the future.
